The entrance area of the "Hotel am Vitalpark" is flooded with light. In the corner, a fireplace gives a foretaste of cosy evenings by the fire and in the middle of the lobby is an elegant grand piano, from which a pianist occasionally plays romantic melodies. Once in the room, every guest can look forward to a small French balcony or terrace and a modern interior. In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower or even a bathtub, a comfortable box-spring bed, seating and a Nespresso capsule machine are available, depending on the category. EXPERIENCE TIP

A short hike will lead you up the 500m tall Sonnenstein. The reward for the climb is the Skywalk: Adrenaline rush and spectacular views all the way to the Harz and the Kyffhäuser low mountain range.
